Cornelia Moore


Cornelia Moore is a true artist with every fiber of her being. The repertoire of the muti-facetted singer-composer-lyricist.writer, includes several hundred compositions of different genres. Since her debut at Berlin‘s famous music venue Quasimodo in 1991, Cornelia has been performing regularly at the A-Trane jazz club, which has been rated among the world‘s top 10 jazz venues by Downbeat Magazine, and at international jazz festivals.


Moreover, together with her husband, pianist Reggie Moore, the versatile artist has conceived and performed numerous Themed Events – „The Look of Love“ and „East Meets West“ for BMW, to name just a couple. Cornelia has sung at the Grand Opening weeks of the legendary Hotel Adlon and was the opening act at the Grand Hyatt Hotel in Berlin. In December 2005, her performance in honor of acting legend Armin Mueller-Stahl‘s 75th birthday, enchanted the audience at the Alte Gewandhaus Leipzig and in front of millions of television screens across the country.


Cornelia Moore‘s long-awaited Debut Album BEYOND (OWMCD 03-1) has been critically acclaimed by both the press and her audiences.


Blessed with an instrument that spans over four octaves, Cornelia Moore is a sensitive and inspired sound paintress that communicates with her audinence on many different levels - creates an empathic-sympathetic transference between the artist and the listener. With her incredible stage presence, her beautiful comositions and the authenticity of her performance, Cornelia Moore has developed a dedicated following indeed. She has shared the stage with such musical greats as Benny Bailey, Hal Singer, Jimmy Woode, Rudy Stevenson, Calvin Hill und Walter Norris and has been leading her own formation for over 10 years.
